PURPOSE:To provide a highly accurate high frequency circuit whose mounting area is small on the substrate of the high frequency circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the substrate 101 for the high frequency circuit provided with an insulating substrate main body 101, a micro strip line 102 formed on one of the main surfaces of the insulating substrate main body 101, a conductor layer 103 for grounding formed on the other main surface of the insulating substrate main body 101 and a through-hole 105 for connecting the micro strip line 102 and the conductor layer 103 for grounding, this high frequency circuit is provided with one or plural through-holes 105 at the prescribed places of the insulated substrate 101 and one or both of an inductance component and a capacitance component provided in the through-holes 105 are used as a part of a circuit constant. |
