PURPOSE:To provide an image processor which can prevent the moires occurring in the image data and outputs an image of high quality by evading such a case where the pixels to be converted are set at the same position between the pixel blocks or the lines that are adjacent to each other. CONSTITUTION:The pixels of each block are counted by an n-notation counter 211 synchronously with clocks. The comparators 214 and 215 compare in each block the count value of the nonary non-divided pixel counters 212 and 213 with the count value of a nonary counter 211 to decide the positions of converted pixels. The initial value of both counters 212 and 213 are updated every time the block or the image data line is changed. Then, a non-divided signal 250 is set at a low level at a decide position of the converted pixel, and a relevant pixel is converted. |
