PURPOSE:To eliminate a baking wrap, to reduce stock removal and to provide the manufacture of a dielectric resonator unit with stable electric characteristic by forming a bearing master unit by successively providing the plural slave units of a dielectric resonator, backing it, cutting it and dividing it into the plural slave units. CONSTITUTION:For the originating master unit 2, two slave units 2a with steps for which the plural resonators with different resonance frequencies are combined are provided successively so as to be symmetrical and molded by die or press formed. The master unit 2 is backed and then divided into two slave units 2a by cutting a dotted line part where they are joined. Since the wrap is generated when an asymmetrical unit with the steps such as the slave unit 2a is separately backed, by molding the asymmetrical slave units 2a as the symmetrical master unit 2 by joining the flat surfaces and eliminating the backing wrap, the stock removal is reduced and the electric characteristics are stabilized as well. |
