A bellows portion 3 comprises six ridges 3a (3a1, 3a2, ... 3a6 as seen from the smaller diameter portion 2), five troughs 3b (3b1, 3b2, ... 13b5 as seen from the smaller diameter portion 2) and slopes 3c which connect the ridges 3a and troughs 3b. The thickness of each ridge 3a and trough 3b is 0.5 - 1.45 mm, and the thickness ratio between adjacent ridge 3a and trough 3b (ridge / trough ) is (1.0 - 1.5). The levels of thickness of the ridges 3a and troughs 3b are of the same order when seen in the direction of the axis.
