PURPOSE:To shorten an entire length of a motor without necessity of an axially wasteful space even if a thrust play of a shaft is prevented and to eliminate a long time in an operation. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 4 fixed to a shaft 3 through an air gap is disposed in size a stator 2 fixed to a frame 1 and having a winding 2a. The shaft 3 is supported by both bearings 7a, 7b to be engaged with bearing boxes 6a, 6b of brackets 5a, 5b mounted at both sides of the frame 1. An inner race of the bearing 7a is rigidly fixed to the shaft 3, a C-shaped snap ring 12 for a hole is mounted in an annular groove 11 formed inside the box 6a and engaged with an end face of an outer race of the bearing 7a. The inner race is rigidly fixed to the shaft 3 by adhering the inner race to the shaft 3. |
