PURPOSE:To easily grasp whether another part is continued to another page or not only by observing a certain page by outputting information showing the other partial continuation of series of information meaning with two-dimensional spread adjacently to that information when the information is spread over plural pages. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 initializes the table work start flag of a RAM 3 and performs composing processing for each line and when this line is the line of table work and if this flag is not set yet, this flag is set. Further, when the next line shows page shift and the table work start flag is already canceled, the final ruled line is turned to a wavy line. When this flag is already set and table work is finished, the CPU 1 cancels this flag and when this table work is not finished yet and the attention line is at the head of the page, the first ruled line is turned to the wavy line. Thus, when table work is spread over plural pages, for example, the CPU 1 reports the continuation of that table by adding the wavy line to those spreading pages or following pages. |
