CONSTITUTION:A fault management information collection recording means 1 collects fault management information and records it to a fault/specification revision management information file 11, and a specification revision management information collection recording means 2 collects specification revision management information and records it to the fault.specification revision management information file 11. A processing information recording means 4 finishes the processing of a state of the fault/specification revision management information of the fault/specification revision management information file 11 based on indetification information of software and a management number of the fault/specification revision management information. A fault/specification revision management information output means 12 extracts statistic management information from the fault/specification revision management information file 11. A software management means 8 updates a software management information file 9.
