PURPOSE:To grasp many information sets at a glance by normalizing selected data based on a predetermined criterion and displaying the normalized result as a numeral and/or a graph. CONSTITUTION:A data management system DMS 2 is made up of an entry means 21, a storage means 23 storing a production rule used to normalize data, a membership function, a constant, fuzzy arithmetic operation and data processing program, inspection result information and processing data or the like, a calculation means 22 implementing normalization through the use of required measurement data, a data processing means 24 and an output means 25. The desired data are selected from measurement data obtained by the calculation means 22 analyzing the sample of an examineil and the selected data are normalized based on a predetermined criterion and the normalized data are outputted as a numeral and/or a graph from the output means 25 and displayed or printed out by the display means 4 or the print means 5. |
