<p>PURPOSE: To produce a flexo-relief printing plate surface from photosetting elements by performing self-laminate onto the main surface of a pushed-out polymer sheet continuously to a moving carrier during a welding state. CONSTITUTION: A photosetting polymer material welded or softened by heat is molded into a die 18 of sheet and without using any confronted calender roller or laminate roller, self-laminate is performed continuously to a carrier web 20 moving at a laminate point 24. As a suitable method, the various components of a photosetting push-out sheet 18 are fused inside a screw pusher 10, weighted by a weighting (or gear) pump 12 and sent to a sheet die 14. Preferably, the flat gear type weighting pump 12 prevents the smoothness of polymers, which are continuously pushed out onto the carrier web 20 moving through the sheet die 14, from being disturbed by pulsing generated inside the screw pusher 10.</p> |
