<p>Single stage process for the preparation of a granulated fluid consisting of Na tripolyphosphate (I) and Na silicate in a molar ratio of (I) SiO2 of 1.08-1.3, pref. 1.1-1.2 and having an apparent density of 400-650 g/l pref. 400-600 g/l in which an aqs. soln. of orthosilicates with a wt. ratio of SiO2: Na2O of 2.40:1 is projected onto a pulversent mixture of (I) and Na disilicate fluidized pneumatically in a reactor and then a current of gas is passed through the reactor to remove the heat evolved during the reaction.</p> |
