摘要 In order to design an imaging optics for imaging an incident beam of electromagnetic radiation which extends coaxially to a first axis onto an output beam which spreads coaxially relative to a second axis, in such a manner that on imaging an incident beam whose beam cross-section has an internal free space of essentially negligible beam power vignetting (shading) of the radiation, caused by objects aligned coaxially relative to the second axis and unwanted reflections from these objects, is reduced it is proposed that the imaging optics has a beam-splitting element which splits the incident beam into at least two partial beams, which spread in different directions, and which splits one cross-sectional area of the incident beam into individual, mutually not overlapping partial cross-sectional areas, that a uniting element (recombination element) is provided which guides the individual partial beams back to the original beam, and that a deflection element is provided which guides the partial beams emanating from the beam-splitting element onto the uniting element.
