The invention relates to a rack panel which has vertical carriers and can be fastened by means of at least one holder to a wall or to a ceiling, the holders having elongated profiles which are arranged on the carriers such that they can be displaced in the longitudinal direction and can be fixed to said carriers. The holders are fitted to the carriers without an additional cost, and it is possible to displace them easily on said carriers as a result of the fact that holders are incorporated in the carriers, which holders run in the longitudinal direction of the carriers, that the cross-section of the holders at least partially encloses the inserted longitudinal profiles such that the latter cannot be rotated but can be displaced axially, that screw holders are incorporated in the carriers and open into the holders, and that fastening screws which fix the longitudinal profile in the holders are screwed in the screw holders.
