<p>A foam-impregnated layer does not occur in a cushioning structure for a vehicular seat in which a surface material is fixed to a cushioning material by utilizing a flat bonding material. In the cushioning structure, opened spaces (10) are formed between side edges of a flat bonding material (4) and side portions (3) of a cushioning material (2, 3), and non-impregnated portions (7) at the mentioned side edges, by unitarily molding the flat bonding material (4) and cushion material (2, 3) with the flat bonding material (4) held and set in an isolated manner by raw expandable liquid entry preventing walls (22, 23) in a mold (2) for the cushioning material (2, 3).</p> |
