A connecting device comprises fastening elements which are formed out of the panel body and are in the form of cam-like protrusions and disc-like means which engage into corresponding clearances in the panel which is to be connected. The aim of the invention is to provide a concealed fastening means for two panels, in particular sandwich panels and components.
