The invention relates to an innovative design of a device for decorking bottles sealed with crown corks or similar closures, the bottles, in order to permit the simultaneous decorking of a multiplicity of bottles, being arranged in a predetermined arrangement, for example in the compartments of a bottle case, and to an innovative method for decorking bottles.
