<p>This invention relates to a method of charging liquid, particularly a liquid material for the production of plastic lenses. A heat-sensitive portion (2a) of a temperature sensor (2) is set to, and held at, a temperature different from that of a liquid (3), and the liquid (3) is charged into a container (8). When the liquid level of the liquid (3) comes into contact with the heat-sensitive portion, the change in temperature of the sensor (2) is detected by temperature sensing means (5). This indicates that the liquid level has reached a desired value, and control means (6) sends a stop command to a charging mechanism portion (7) to stop and finish charging.</p> |
