<p>This invention concerns a closed barbeque cooking stove which is being used for grilling food products. The novelty of the invention is that the grill is provided with a lid which makes it possible to perform the grilling in a closed atmosphere. Indirect grilling is thus performed and the food does not have to be turned while grilling. The grill is also provided with a grid that is possible to adjust in vertical position and a coalbox which makes it possible to find the ideal position in the grill for each food product.</p> |
