An object-arranging device is disclosed which can arrange objects (21), such as for example ICs, at an arbitrary arrangement distance with the aid of a simple device, without a time-consuming operation being necessary. The object-arranging device according to the invention has a belt (25) made of stainless steel for conveying objects (21), a sensor (30) for scanning the movement past of the objects (21) conveyed with the aid of the belt (25) made of stainless steel, a multiplicity of suction devices (31a, 31b, 31c, ...) which are arranged at a predetermined distance in the direction of the conveying carried out by means of the belt (25) made of stainless steel, in order in each case to hold the objects (21) conveyed with the aid of the belt (25) made of stainless steel, and a control circuit (34) for controlling a multiplicity of the suction devices (23a, 23b, 23c; 31a, 31b, 31c, ...) in such a way that the conveyed objects (21) are held on the movement past of the objects (21) scanned by means of the sensor (30) with the aid of a multiplicity of the suction devices (31a, 31b, 31c, ...). <IMAGE>
