PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a parallel strip line cable capable of reducing the handling time by simplifying work processes by joining superimposed both-side copper-clad plate and one-side copper-clad plate and then turning both copper-plated plates to a shape corresponding to a conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:The copper film 2a on one side of the both-side copper-clad plate 2 is patterned and the conductor pattern 5 of an optional shape is formed. Then, after superimposing the copper film unformed side of the one-side copper- clad plate 3 on the one side of the both-side copper-clad plate 2 where the conductor attern 5 is formed and joining them, both one-side copper-clad plate 3 and both-side copper-clad plate 2 are cut in the shape corresponding to the conductor pattern 5. Thus, it is required to pattern the copper film 2a on one side of the both-side copper-clad plate 2 at the time of forming the conductor pattern 5 to be the center conductor of this paralel strip line cable 1, however, for the external conductor, the copper film on the other side of the both-side copper-plated plate 2 and the copper film of the one-side copper-clad plate 3 can be utilized as they are and the need of especially forming the external conductor is eliminated. |
