FLOOD LIMITING DEVICE

A device and method for controlling the flow of water into tricells of concrete gravity base structures is disclosed. A buoyant float senses flow through the device and automatically limits or shuts off the flow completely. Remote control of the device may be employed to override the automatic operation. Locking pins allow the device to be locked in either an open or closed position.
