DRAIN AND GARBAGE DISPOSING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a drain and garbage disposing device which can sufficiently carry out drainage arid the cracking disposal of garbage. CONSTITUTION:A lower part inside a disposer body 1 is divided into the right and left parts by a partition plate 2 to form a drain process section 33 and a garbage disposing section 4, and an upper part inside the disposer body 1 is formed as a communicating section 5 to make the drain process section 33 communicate with the garbage disposing section 4. A disposal agent 6 to decompose the drain and garbage is filled up in the drain process section 3 and the garbage disposing section 4. The upper part of the drain process section 3 is provided with supply piping 7 to supply the drain and the garbage, and the communicating section 5 is provided with a moving means 9 to move the garbage 8 supplied to the drain process section 3 into the garbage disposing section 4. Thus the drain and garbage disposal can be separately carried out to prevent the lowering of temperature in the garbage disposing section.
