PURPOSE:To regulate the dimension of a gap between a front cover and rear window glass of a high mount stop lamp by improving the high mount stop lamp. CONSTITUTION:A thin walled hinge part 1b is formed near a root part of an arm 1a' secured fixedly to a bracket 4a integrated with a lamp housing 1 and cushion materials 12a, 12b are interposed between a front cover 7 and rear window glass 10.
