PURPOSE:To recycle a paper pack reliably, by a method wherein the used paper pack for milk is smashed into pieces, mixed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene or an adhesive agent and extrusion- molded. CONSTITUTION:Used paper pack for milk is made into a smashed state by leaving the used paper pack as it is by an arbitrary smashing method without separating from a polyethylene film. Then the same is mixed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene or an adhesive agent and agitated. A mixture ratio is made into a ratio of 7:3 by taking paper pack powder : the thermoplastic synthetic resin as a standard. A mixed and agitated material is cast into an extrusion molding tool which is in an arbitrary form such as a bar, pipe, profiles or sheet fitted to a plastic molding machine, extruded into an arbitrary form and molded. Then in the case of the sheet, vacuum, air-pressure and press molding can be performed. |
