PURPOSE: To completely avoid a forming operation by manufacturing a blank continuously, followed by the process to finish a shape and cure by heat, through a provisional step in which a molded part or a flexible pipe is elastically delivered in a straight line with the help of an especially fitted material which straightens the pipe. CONSTITUTION: In the malleable mandrel for molding a pipe or a flexible pipe through thermal treatment, the pipe or the flexible pipe is constituted of a moldable core and a moldable polymer coating and manufactured in long size as a straight lined blank and used as such, and further, is cut in round slices to be molded. In addition, this molding is transferred in the form of a single- piece assembly 8 with a blank part 11 of an below pipe shape unitl the molding is cured. The molding is plastically straightened by stretching the part between gripping lengths 9, 10. The pipe or the flexible pipe thus molded is released from a mold substantially to the specified straight line length. The mandrel itself is peeled off at the end of a manufacturing cycle for regenerating and reusing the constituent of the mandrel. |
