CONSTITUTION: The screwed end of a pulling lever 6 is screwed into the female screw of the mandrel bar 3. The bush 8 is inserted around the pulling lever 6, screwed into the mandrel 2 and fixed. At the same time, the pulling lever 6 is also loosely screwed into the female screw of the mandrel lever 3. After the coil spring 14 is inserted, the sleeve 12 is screwed in until it comes into contact with the bush 8, and it is fixed with the nut 13.
