PURPOSE:To produce an electronic copper-contg. multiple oxide superconductor excellent in superconducting characteristics with a high reproducibility. CONSTITUTION:This superconductor has a laminar structure consisting of layers of an oxide represented by formula I (where M is at least one selected from among La, Nd, Sm and Eu, 0<=alpha<=1, o<=beta<=0.3 and 0<=gamma<=0.04) and layers of an oxide represented by formula II (where M' is at least one selected from among Pr, Nd, Sm and Eu, 0.14<=delta<=0.2 and 0<=epsilon<=0.08). This superconductor is produced by an accumulation method such as a laser beam ablation method. |
