PURPOSE:To obtain an interior trim for vehicles, having stable quality without forming wrinkles and pills on a skin of the interior trim by applying a urethane resin to the surface of cloth and injecting a core material made of resin to the rear face of side the cloth to be pressed. CONSTITUTION:A urethane resin 13 is applied to the surface of cloth 11. A sheet, e.g. a foamed sheet 16 laminated on the rear face of the cloth 11. A laminated sheet 22 thus obtained is superposed between a cored mold 32 and a cavity mold 33, and a molten core material is injected to the side of the foamed sheet 16, thereupon the laminated sheet is pressed by the cored mold 32 and the cavity mold 33 to form an interior trim for vehicles. Since the urethane resin 13 is applied to the surface of the cloth 11, the deformation of raising can be minimized even when pressure is applied on the surface of the cloth 11 by press operation. After the molding, pills are not formed by wear. |
