ROLLER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To rapidly transport the roller taken out of a baking furnace to a cooling tank to quench the same. CONSTITUTION:A transport chuck 7 grasps the journal part 3 of a roller 1 to support the same in a baking furnace 6. After baking, the transport chuck 7 is moved to deliver the roller 1 to a cooling treatment chuck 25 and the roller is immediately dipped in a cooling tank 20. After cooling, the roller 1 is stocked on a turntable to be sent to a next process.
