PURPOSE: To resect a tissue with high accuracy in safety, by controlling the electric power corresponding to the impedance of tissue. CONSTITUTION: This tissue resecting device 10 comprises a monitoring means. The monitoring means measures the electric current and the voltage transmitted to an electrode part 16, and generates a measured current signal and a measured voltage signal. Further the monitoring means determines the measured tissue impedance signal by dividing the measured voltage signal by the measured current signal, for generating a control signal, so that the prescribed function is executed on the basis of the same. |
