<p>PURPOSE:To provide a double-pipe thermal reactor which continuously decompose a waste plastics and in which the waste is continuously fed into an inner pipe to accelerate the decomposition; the resulting vapor is collected and condensed; and the residue is discharged. CONSTITUTION:A flowable plastics injected through an injection section 11a of an inner reaction pipe 13 is heated with a heater 25, and the resulting vapor is discharged through many small holes 27 formed at the wall surface of the inner pipe. The residue of the waste plastics is successively conveyed to a residue storage tank 19 by rotating a residue discharge screw 29. The vapor discharged as above is collected and condensed with a condensing means installed between the inner pipe 13 and an outer pipe 15 and is discharged through a discharge means to an outer apparatus connecting to the outer pipe 15. Thus, the waste plastics is continuously fed into the inner pipe and decomposed, and the resulting residue is easily discharged.</p> |
