<p>PURPOSE:To perform an information-recording without unevenness, and at the same time, realize a long term usage of a thermal head. CONSTITUTION:Primary image data which is output from a line memory 24 is added for each heating element 20 by a data adder 32, and the total number of the recording data is recorded. At the time of adjustment, the maximum value of the total number of the recording data is obtained by a maximum value computing unit 28, and adjustment with the total number of the recording data as its maximum value is obtained by a subtracter 34. The adjustment data is fed to a thermal head driving unit 22 by a switching unit 30 to drive a thermal head 14, and by doing so, the thermal stress of each heating element 20 is smoothed.</p> |
