PURPOSE:To enable to detect easily a part which is echo-reinforced through constructing a typified image by calculated typified figures such as averaged figure, maximum figure and the like for each sample volume or picture element image process is conducted in order to detect the effect of improved broghtness by a contrast medium for ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION:In the case of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, by which the state of movement of blood flow is examined by injection of a contrast medium into vein in the examination of heart and the like, a part for processing images 23 is provided, late period of cardiac muscle expansion is recognized based on ECG information from a trigger signal generator 6, images which belong to this period are processed as holding maximum figure for each pixel and a new typified image is generated for each heart beat, which is output on frame memory for CFM. And by the processed image data for each heart beat recorded in the frame memory for CFM 22, data on the created ROI (Region OF Interest) are taken in and by calculating average figure using the data within ROI, a time varied curve is prepared, which is output in a memory composing part 8 and displayed on a display 9. |
