PURPOSE:To increase the development of antitumor effect by increasing cancer antigenicity due to conversion of the cancer into a foreign matter thereby activating the immune system and by stimulating the level of biophylactic mechanism with nonspecifically immunological treatment of the cancer made into a foreign matter. CONSTITUTION:Such a stress as the cancer cells may not be involuted is loaded to the cancer cells to allow the cells to express HSP. Further, after HSP is expressed, the amount of HSP is determined by adding an immunologically reactive substance with HSP and detecting the HSP-reactive substance binding product whereby the degree of foreign matter of the cancer is judged. Thus, the cancer cells are subjected to nonspecific immunological treatment for involution.
