STYRENE RESIN COMPOSITION OF FLAME RETARDANT

摘要

The flame retardant styrenic resin compsn. comprises: (A) 100 wt. pts. of ABS copolymer resin comprising 5-30 % acrylonitrile, 5-60 % of butadiene rubber and 20-80 % of styrene; (B) 5-30 wt. pts. of aromatic org. flame retardant having bromine which can be melt at below 200≦̸C, or 0.1-10 wt. pts. of aliphatic org. flame retardant having bromine or 2-20 wt. pts. of the mixed org. flame retardant comprising 60-90 wt.% of the aromatic org. retardant and 10-40 wt.% of the aliphatic org. retardant; (C) 0.05-5 wt. pts. of a heat-resistant stabilizer. Pref. the aromatic org. flame retardant is tetrabromo bisphenal A, octabromo diphenyl ether or bromo epoxy cpd.;the aliphatic org. flame retardant is hexabromo cycloclodekane cpd.; the heat-resistant stabilizer is hydroxy phenylic tin malate based or phosphate based cpd..
