METHOD OF AGGLUTINATION SLAG DECREASE

The method comprises; pouring the steel melts in a ladle after being tapped from a converter; agitating the ladle on the bubbling stand; and degassing the steel melts in the degassing device, CaO of 1.85-4.4 Kg/T.S. is put in discharging slag at the 1/2-2/3 portion period of tapping. And the agitating gas is blown in the ladle at 0.2-0.6 Vm3/min flow rate for 4-8 min. The method decreases the slag amount sticking to the dipping tube.
