发明名称 HEAT-INSULATING FOAMED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a heat-insulating rigid polyurethane foam material having excellent heat-insulation and flame-retardancy. CONSTITUTION:This heat-insulating foamed polyurethane article is produced by mixing 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic amine-based polyether polyol with 3 pts.wt. of a foam stabilizer, 2 pts.wt. of a catalyst and 40 pts.wt. of a mixed foaming agent consisting of perfluoro (methylcyclohexane) and 3-methyl-1-butene at a molar ratio of 1:5 to obtain a polyol component, adding and mixing 165 pts.wt. of an isocyanate to the polyol component, filling the mixture into a space formed between an outer box and an inner box and foaming in the space. The heat-insulation property of the obtained foamed polyurethane is 1.3 times that of a pentane-foamed polyurethane. Furthermore, the polyurethane has improved compression modulus and dimensional stability and exhibits remarkably improved flame-retardancy test result compared with the pentane-foamed polyurethane to attain excellent flame-retardancy.
