<p>PURPOSE:To make maintenance of the inside of a heating coil easy and to dispose fallen scale easily, by overhanging intermediate pinch rollers, and by installing a heating coil on a rest which overhangs from a condenser box. CONSTITUTION:A heating coil 1 is mounted on a rest 24 overhanging sideways from a condense box 2. Intermediate pinch roller shafts 18 in the heating coil are supported open-sidedly above the condenser box 2. The material 17 to be heated is caught between the intermediate pinch rollers 11a, 11b and is conveyed. Hence the inside of heating coil is maintained easily, and all scale accumulated in a scale box is transferred to a container truck 28 by drawing out a bottom board 26, therefore the scale is disposed very simply.</p> |
