PURPOSE:To efficiently take a spice or a condiment into livestock or poultry without forcing and increase freshness-retaining force of these meats or fats and, simultaneously, modify meat quality or fats by adding a specific spice or condiment of Myristicaceae, Pedaliaceae, etc., to a food. CONSTITUTION:This feed is obtained by adding a spice or a condiment (e.g. nutmeg, mustard, Japanese pepper, tarragon, sesame or black pepper) selected from Myristicaceae, Cruciferae, Rutaceae, Compositae, Pedaliacea, Piperaceae, Leguminosae, Umbelliferae, Myrtaceae, Solanaceae, Labiatae, Lauraceae, Liliaceae and Zingiberaceae to a feed. Furthermore, the spice or the condiment is preferably added to feed in an amount of >=10ppm. |
