PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for producing PONSENBEI (a sort of rice flake), capable of forming PONSENBEI in good appearance. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus body is constituted of an operating part, a molding part, a raw material feeding part and a heating part and controlled by a control part. The molding part is provided with an upper baking mold 6, a side mold 10 and a lower mold 7. The upper baking mold 9 is lifted and lowered in interlock with an air cylinder for upper baking mold. A notch part 17 is provided in the upper baking mold 6. A quick exhaust valve is provided so as to rapidly raise the air cylinder for upper baking mold. When the upper baking mold 6 is once stopped in a side mold 10, the upper end part 17a of a notch part 17 provided in the upper baking mold 6 is located at upper position than the upper face 10a of the side mold 10 and steam left in the baking chamber can be discharged outside from the space (b) made between the notch part 17 and inside face 10b of the side mold 10 and PONSENBEI (a sort of rice flake) B is molded in good appearance. |
