PURPOSE:To improve the seating comfortableness by hooking a surface material via a planar hook body connected with a support material on the back face of a planar hook material, and forming unimpregnated layers infiltrated with no cushion material foaming liquid at the outer peripheral terminals of the planar hook material and the support material. CONSTITUTION:The cushion body 1 of an automobile seat has a planar hook body 4 integrally connected on a cushion material main body section 2, and a surface material 11 is fitted on the cushion body 1. The planar hook body 4 is laminated with slab urethane by adhesion or fusion as a support material 6 on a planar hook material 5 such as a Hook-and-Loop fastener, and skimmers (open spaces) 10 are opened between both side terminals of the planar hook body 4 and cushion material side sections 3. Unimpregnated layers 7 infiltrated with no foaming stock solution of a cushion material are formed at the terminals of the planar hook body 4 of the cushion body 1. Flexibility is maintained at the terminals of the planar hook body 4, and a seated person is prevented from feeling a hard sense of incompatibility. |
