PURPOSE:To reduce the man-power for surface finish of floor plate by machining, by projecting the flat part for ground connection supporting and mounting the dielectric substance substrate on the console floor plate. CONSTITUTION:The micro wave circuit containing console 1 consists of the surrounding side wall 7, floor plate 6, and shield wall 4 for electromagnetic wave interference prevention, and it is cast incorporatedly. Further, the dielectric substance substrate 2 constituting the micro wave circuit is mounted on the floor plate 6. On the floor plate 6 corresponding to the required part of the ground connection of each substrate 2, the ground connection flat part 3 for ground connecton in common use of the mounting support stand of the substrate 2 is projected. This flat part 3 is projected on the floor surface plate by about 0.5 mm at casting and the height of projection is finished by about 0.1 mm with surface finish of machining. Thus, since the flat part for ground connection is projected on the floor plate, the surface finish can be made only for the projected part, allowing to reduce the man- power required for machining. |
