NON-WOVEN FABRIC FOR FILTERS

摘要

The non-woven caulking material filter belongs to the textile industry and is used for industrial filters. It is made of two layers connected by the caulking method. One layer is made of polyamide and arimide mass proportions of a fibre compound (0.05-1):(9.95-4), and another is made of polyester fibre. The mass proportion of both layers in the material is (1-3):(1-7); the density of the ready material surface is 500-650g/m2; the thickness is 1.5-2.5 mm, and air permeability is 50-130 dm3/m2 s. The material is satined on one or both sides.
