The method and system is for controlling the indoor oxygen density by selectively/automatically generating the oxygen so that it can reduce the damage caused by low indoor oxygen density. The system comprises a signal input part(21) for inputting the signals of an automatic oxygen generation switch(SW1), a forced oxygen generation switch(SW2), and a fan motor drive switch(SW3); an oxygen density sensor(23); a microcomputer(22) controlling the overall operation according to the oxygen density and operation modes; a buffer(24) transiently storing load drive signals of the microcomputer(22); a load drive part(25) including a discharge pump(9), a constant pressure valve(5), and a 4-way valve.
