This invention is related to the food processing industry, it includes a description of the method and device for alimentary fat (12) feeding for food preparation processes. Alimentary fat is fed to the preparation system in unit packages (6). The alimentary fat feeding device (1) is connected to a preparation system, enabling the fat to be removed from the package (6) and fed to the preparation system.The invented appliance (1) consists of a frame (2) with a working device, to which the package is connected with fastening items (4,5). Alimentary fat is pushed out by package pushing items (7, 8, 9). |
