The method for allocating the subscriber address with outer control signal and storing it into the non-volatile semiconductor to correct easily includes the steps of: a) checking if the input is for instruction code when inputting the outer control signal; b) performing the corresponding service if it is not, but checking the password and reading the input of the address if it is; c) checking if there is an error in the read address; d) displaying the error if there is, or storing the input address into a first and a second regions of the semiconductor otherwise; and e) reading the address data of the second region and writing it into the first region when switching on power from the off state.
