Electromagnetic vibrator, of the type comprising a hollow cylindrical induction coil in which two magnetic cores of cylindrical general shape are arranged, these cores being coaxial with the said coil and aligned in the axial direction, namely a fixed core and a moving core which is mounted so as to slide axially in the said coil and the end of which, opposite the fixed core, is solidly attached to a container, characterised in that each of the fixed and moving cores consists, over at least part of its length, of a laminated structure obtained by stacking plane magnetic metal sheets of small thickness, parallel to the axis of the core, on either side of a diametral central plane metal sheet, the said stack being arranged on the side of the core adjacent to the other core. <IMAGE>
