摘要

The electron gun comprises a front triode, focus electrodes, and a last accelerating electrode which has sub electrostatic lens and main electrode lens. The last accelerating electrode(30) comprises an external electrode section(31) which has large diameter holes to pass three electron beams and a internal electrode section(32) which is sticked inside of the external electrode section(31) and has a section(40) for compensating a cut end of electron beam.
