METHOD OF SENSING & CONTROLLING HEAD/END DEVICE OF CA-TV BROADCASTING SYSTEM

The status of the head/end apparatus including the modulator and the demodulator for broadcasting of cable television is detected and recorded for the system maintenance. The central control means generates the first information during the initializing step to send to the control module the needed information. The control module monitors the circumference temperature on scheduled interval and compares the sensed data with the first information to send the difference to the central control means with the error message only when the error condition is detected. The central control means displays the warning message on the display device, generates the warning sound, and dispatches the second information to deal with the error.
