This sampling device, comprising a probe (12) composed of a tube (14) provided with means for linking to motor means (10; 54), and of a sampling member equipped with a driven shaft (32; 62) mounted so as to rotate freely in the tube (14) and fixed in translation, this shaft (32, 62) being equipped with means for connecting to the motor means (10; 54), the tube linkage means (14) comprising a sleeve (15; 50) coaxial with an output shaft of the motor means and designed to fit externally over an axial cylindrical projection (28; 52) of a casing of the motor means, is characterised in that the sleeve (15; 50) and the axial cylindrical extension (28; 52) each include a pair of diametrically opposite slots (38; 39) in the shape of a circular arc, these pairs being superimposable and intended to receive the branches of a U-shaped pin (40; 56). <IMAGE>
