The baffer eliminates the noise of the peak current by which the gate voltage of the pull up PMOS transistor and the pull down NMOS transistor slowly decreases or increases. The buffer comprises; a PMOS transistor(PM2) to disable the pull up transistor(PM1); a NMOS transistor(NM2,NM4) parallel connected with the pull up transistor(PM1) and the transistor(PM2); a first control unit(1) with the NMOS transistor(NM1) serial connected with the NMOS transistor(NM2); a second control unit with a PMOS transistor(PM3).
